Name the complete configuration
Schedule the ArtSoie title and edition, Veatro model or edition, outer dimensions, finish and included hardware. Avoid a generic moving silk allowance that leaves selection until installation week.
Coordinate the wall
Confirm substrate, backing, fixing zones, tolerances, power conflicts, switches and nearby mechanical outlets. Kinetic Silk needs no motor, but it does need controlled airflow.
Draw the clearances
Show furniture, doors, circulation and release access in elevation and plan. The owner should be able to handle the work without moving a heavy console each time.
Specify the handover
Require installation photographs, component inventory, certificate, care guide, release demonstration and named service contact.
