How Do You Clean and Care for Veatro?
Metal care should protect finish and function without exposing nearby silk to aggressive cleaners or moisture. A collector-led guide grounded in material, evidence and lived experience.
Protect the silk before maintenance
If cleaning may bring a cloth or product near ArtSoie, release and store the silk according to its guidance first. Do not clean around a loose edge out of convenience.
Use the approved method
The correct cloth and cleaner depend on the stainless-steel finish. Follow Veatro's current care sheet. Test nothing on the visible system without approval.
Inspect more than appearance
Check level, wall attachment, joins, contact areas and the release action. A clean system can still need service if it has shifted or developed resistance.
Record changes early
Photograph scratches, discoloration, looseness or altered alignment. Note the date and room conditions. Early records make diagnosis easier and prevent casual adjustments from becoming permanent.
Use qualified service
Do not file, bend, lubricate or refinish Veatro at home. Remove the silk safely and ask ArtLoft or the designated fabricator to review the system.
